Can you use Go Nutz for other parts of your body?
Yes, at the end of the day it is a hair trimmer and shaver designed to remove hair safely anywhere. The product is designed for your whole body. You can ‘Go Nutz’ with it!
Is it plastic or rubberized?
Both, plastic molding with a rubberized grip.
What is the difference between the two attachments?
Attachment one is designed for manicuring, not bare to the skin. Attachment two allows you to completely remove all hair.
How do you know if it is properly charging?
The red indicator light will glow around the device and when charging is complete, the light will turn green.
How should it be cleaned?
You are able to easily clean inside the device through the rear door of each attachment with the provided brush and oil.
Can you use this with shaving oils or cream?
Yes!! It’s highly recommended to not dry shave. Just like any other part of the body.
Does it have warranty?

Can I buy a replacement charging base?
Yes, on our website.
How do I store it so that it doesn’t turn on when I travel with it?
Pressing the button and holding it for 5 seconds puts it in travel mode. To take it off of travel mode, simply press and hold for 5 seconds again
How long can you use it after it is fully charged?
2.5 hours of use is average after the device is fully charged.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
At Go Nutz, we engineer next-gen grooming tools for the bold and the body-conscious. Because our products are used on the most sensitive parts of the body, we follow strict health, hygiene, and safety standards to protect you—and our entire customer community.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
FINAL SALE: Opened, Used, or Contaminated Products
For health, hygiene, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or visibly contaminated with body hair, skin particles, or other biological matter.
Once used, grooming tools become biohazardous, and returning or handling such items:
– Violates federal FDA and OSHA sanitation guidelines
– Breaches USPS and private carrier regulations on hazardous materials
– Endangers our warehouse team and future customers

Do NOT attempt to return used items. Doing so puts others at risk. We cannot legally process or refund contaminated returns under any circumstance. They will be safely discarded and no refund will be issued.
Unopened Product Returns: 15-Day Policy
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery only if:
– The item is completely unused
– The factory seal is unbroken
– All original packaging is intact
If your item qualifies, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping fees) upon inspection.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Not thrilled with the performance, but didn’t receive a defective item?
We still want to make it right.
We may issue:
– A partial store credit (up to 40%)
– Redeemable toward any future Go Nutz products
– A one-time replacement to ensure customer satisfaction
This policy is designed to curb abuse while keeping good customers happy as we grow and launch new innovations.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your device has a true factory defect within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace it—no questions asked.
What’s Covered:
– Power button not working or stuck
– Device not turning off or freezing during use
– Battery won’t charge while using compatible charger
– Internal malfunctions not caused by misuse or damage
If your claim is approved, we will:
– Ship a brand-new replacement
– Cover the shipping of the replacement unit
What’s NOT Covered:
– Physical damage from dropping or water submersion
– Normal wear and tear (e.g., blade dullness)
– Items returned after contamination
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

- A description of the issue
- Photos or video proof (especially for defects)
We’ll respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
Note: We may ask you to dispose of defective products safely rather than mail them back, depending on the issue.

It is unlawful under U.S. health and postal codes to return or mail products contaminated with body hair, skin, or fluids. These materials are classified as hazardous waste, and accepting them:
– Breaks federal sanitation protocols
– Endangers staff
– Jeopardizes future customer safety
Please do not send back any item that has been used on your body. It will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
